I ordered lunch and the actual delivery point was *km away from the delivery point shown. Even after requesting delivery they refused. Requested to pay Rs ** extra. Finally, they cancelled the lunch and it might have been used by the Ubereats people as it didn’t reach back the ordered hotel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
