Cars24 - Token Money not refunded by

On * Nov,****, I visited Cars** office at GIP Mall, Noida. I have booked a Hundai i **, Model **** car on a token amount of **,***/-. After getting **k, they provide Token receipt where it is mentioned that Token amount is not refundable but it was not told earlier. I committed that I will pay balance amount through a bank loan within next one week. On * Nov,**** when I explored for Car Loan from bank, they asked to provide for Car cost on Insurance (IDV-Insurance declared Value) paper so I approached Cars** to provide Insurance paper which they send within an hour. When I gone through Insurance paper where IDV is declared *.** Lac. and do some more analysis, I came to know that it's on road purchase cost was *.** Lac. So based on it, I found cost of Car offered by Cars ** on much higher side. Therefore I sent a mail to provide the car on price of *.** Lac or cancel the deal and refund my money back. They dont' reply over phone call regarding refund. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks,
