Cars24 - Warranty claim of service issues

My complaint is regarding a paint job carried out on my vehicle through your Fourdoor Service Center, which was booked via cars** platform. The service included a full repaint of my car and was provided with a *-year warranty at the time of completion.

Unfortunately, I have recently observed that the paint has started cracking and deteriorating, which is highly disappointing and unexpected within such a short period. To add to my concern, I have discovered that the Fourdoor Service Center has closed down operations, leaving me without a direct point of contact to resolve this issue under the warranty terms.
As this service was facilitated through Cars**, I request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. I am entitled to a warranty claim,: however i am not getting any reply or respond from them.
I want any of these two options below

*. A complete repaint by an alternative authorized service provider, or


*. A full refund or compensation for the failed service.
