Due to relocation, I wanted to disconnect the Tikona broadband service and for which I was chasing with them since more than a month. After multiple emails and requests, I received an email that the service disconnection is completed but no technician details sent yet for the recovery of the devices they have given while providing connection. Also they sent me a new bill for which I never opted for. I paid the bill for my earlier * months plan from Feb, **** to Aug, **** in Feb, **** itself. Even though I am not using their service since **th July, how can they send a new bill? Kindly help to get this closed at the earliest.
