Dear Sir,
I had an early morning flight on August *th at *: ** am from Pune to Jaipur flight PNR TLH*FN.
Due to the flood situation in Pune Two bridges were closed down the traffic was on kind of complete halt, it was hardly moving and because of that I reached the airport around *:** and missed my flight.
I would request your kind self to refund my ticket.
I would like to rebook the ticket to Jaipur.
