I have booked four airline tickets on **th September **** from cochin to mumbai . After few hours I received a mail that my booking has been canceled but haven't received any refund. When I called the customercare they asked me to wait for ** working days to get my refund. After ** working days when I called them they told met to wait for one week. And then yesterday when I called them they told me that they cannot fetch my details from the database. Today also they told me the same story and disconnected my call. Please help me
