I am writing to you to explain the worst experience of customer service I have been facing from excitel broadband.
I had applied for new connection of excitel broadband for which I paid **** Rs for the device and *month rental plan but still my connection is got disconnected by local service provides (so called your ground team) after they threatened me on call that "Do whatever you want to do, if the installation fee of ****Rs is not paid, the line will be disconnected. (I have all sets of proof against this threatening)
Now, the question is why should I pay ****Rs when the Excitel itself is assured for no installation fee for the new connections? I rang customer care of excitel to report this but couldn't get anything concrete except promises like "Installation fee is free for customer and you don't have to pay a single penny for this.. we are working on this and bla bla...... So, the moment I refused to pay the illegal installation fee my internet connection got disconnected by the local team.
What kind of illegitimate system is this??
Why is the Excitel team unable to do anything against such misconducts of their third parties??
This is a fraud case and it's been more than ** Hrs since the line was disconnected due to this thief marketing of Excitel broadband. The Entire office work has been getting hampered since yesterday.
If I am not getting any resolution in the next *-* hours I will be reaching to legal authorities to file FIR against all the associated authorities along with the organization.
