This concern/case is in regards to the harassment, insult & life threat issue against Amazon for Order Id - ***-XXXXXXXXX-*XXX****.
I am writing this letter to highlight Amazon services in India towards their customers that how Amazon is harassing their customers. Please find below complete case history –

Case History: As I am very loyal and a regular customer of Amazon I have placed an order on *th July **** (Electomania® Watch Strap Adjustable Buckle Compatible with Fitbit Flex Wrist Strap - Large Size (Black) which was supposed to deliver on *th July ****.
On *th July ****, I received a call from Amazon Transportation Logistics Team (Contact Number - *******XXX*) and verified the address. I have shared the information with Amazon guy after then he denied to deliver and asked me to come to his place at least ***-*** meters away from my location which I denied. I told him that product is really important for me and I need it any cost, where he said that I will return this product now because I will not come to your area because that is not my zone. I requested him but when he denied several times, I told him that I will complain about this issue to Amazon then he started abusing me and warned me with life threat statements.
*- Abused me several times.
*- Given life threat statements that I have your location and address and will come to harm you.
*- Said to me that go and complain to Amazon I am not afraid of them. I will come to your place with my team ( local group ) and will beat/harm you as I have your address.
Then, to protect myself I tried to contact Amazon Customer Care for help but have not received any resolution, then on social media, I have highlighted the issue to their Twitter team but the response which I received was really painful, awful and pathetic. No one responded to me properly as I am very afraid because of this incident, secondly, they returned my product back to the warehouse and no apology letter received of their mistake acceptance in writing that what Amazon did to me.
I am really very scared because of this matter and mentally harassed by Amazon. Every day I am living in a fear that amazon guy knows about my official address, what if he harm me or beat me. Now after several chasers even, no positive response received from Amazon, so now I am forced to take this case to the next level at Consumer Court and will file the case with charges of Insult, Harassment & Life Threat statements.
Now in order to close/settle the case on mutual understanding, I am asking Amazon to compensate with –
*- Delivery of the same product to my doorstep.
*- Against insult, harassment & life threat statement issue - Compensation of INR **,**,***.**
*- Acceptance and apology letter from Amazon over the same trail and hard of apology as well. I would request to Voxya that please take strict action against Amazon and help me in order to resolve this case in the customer's favour regarding compensation.
