I ordered some medicine from *mg and it was supposed to deliver in District and Session court Padrauna, Gorakhpur. Address is well known place in while District so no one can say address in not traceable. The day when packet recieved to courier company in my district right after *hrs they marked it delivered without delivering to me. I tried to contact their customer support, they asked to have patience for **hrs. * days have been passed yet no resolution. This company does not even have higher authority emails on website. Company does not provide contact no of related persons in Gorakhpur so I could ask them by myself. Amount of loss could be less, but this mental torture which I am going through is so much. And I won't stop here.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
