Ecom Express - Why my product is returned by your company without my permission

I have booked a product on *th january , **** . The product company sent me it through Ecom Express . It has not reached to me for a long times . Today morning when I checked the shipment status , I noticed my product is in my home town . But after some hours when I checked again I found my product is returned without my permission . The delivery person did not try to contact with me for a single time .
