Hello team jeevs care ne Mera mobile me sirf hanging issue tha mene Flipkart se protection liya hua tha so unko mene phone bheja ..* mahino se unke pass rakha aur nahi repair Kiya do mahino ke baad jab uski warranty khatam hone ko ayi he tab vo log bol rahe he ki aapka mobile repair nahi ho payega device mrp is **k somthing and by credit card and offer is got at an ***** so they are said to give me damaged device .device me damaged nahi tha aur nahi unka koi call of transparency tha unhone ek baar itna bola ki ham log aapko device dege and repair amount ka Jo bachta he vo refund dege aesa karke *k rs ma payment Kiya aur abhi tak mereko device nahi mila aur vo log denied kar rahe he and unke customer excutive ne intially bola tha ka aapko device milega but nahi mila unki policy me saaf saaf mentioned he ki vo log replacement unit dege vo bhi nahi Diya muje...ab mereko inke wrong infor aur device jadapne ke upar scam fraud ka case karna he and then defamation case bhi karunga ki * mahine se Mera device rakha Mera lakho rs ka kaam atak gaya...aur nahi ye log koi response kar rahe he
