Jeeves - Washing machine neither repaired nor refund processed

I taken an additional warranty of my Sansui washing machine, I have filed the complaint with Jeeves in April **** , neither the washing machine is repaired nor its refund has been processed.
It's more than three months. Kindly help me I am tired of calling Jeeves customer support now.
