Rapido auto - They changed my drop location

I have traveled to this location multiple times using the same app & the location is saved in my phone, this time I got dropped **km away from the place where I was supposed to get dropped. The driver agreed that it was a technical issue as the drop location & the routing was diff from what I had entered but when I called the customer support they argued & dint agree that it was their fault which caused me *k for a ride which was supposed to be just ***. They refused to refund me & refused to admit the mistake & dint bother to say sorry atleast.
