Exactly what happened that when I booked the ride he didn't said anything regarding our luggage which included * small bags in which there we clothes and one big bag which was easily adjusted in the auto and rest there was one hand bag carried on my shoulder but he said he would charge ** extra from his side for this stuff when we refused he rudely argued with my mother and his behaviour was intolerable so at the end my mother paid the extra money also we told him that we would pay online so he simply refused.
