My Bus booking ID NU***************, Refference PNR A*XJ*MZG for trip on **/**/**** from Pune to Chandrapur. The bus owner had informed about the cancellation of Bus * hrs before and assured about the refund of bus ticket. I have not received yet my refund amount of cancelled Bus trip
