Hi
I purchased quite a substantial amount of items in August last year. The store displays items on Facebook and Instagram
It was my second purchase. There were some issues with the first purchase however I managed to fix whatever was defected
On my second purchase,it was in the range of ₹*****-₹*****
I purchased a kundan set and that's the item in question. I dealt with Vipul Khurana over whatsapp.
He sent me a video and a photo of my jewellery once it was made. When I received the jewellery. It was a complete different set.
It was low in quality and cheaply made.
Why did they go to the extent to cheat me by sending videos and photos and the item is completely different.
They also sent a broken earring.
The cost of the kundan set is ₹ ****
The cost of the earring is ₹ ****
I would like a full refund.
I live in South Africa and the seller only gave me a month to send back the item.
I was supposed to bear all the costs of the shipping and the seller started using abusive language and his uncle who owns the store cannot speak English.
