Hi , I want to file complaint against Instagram called Electroshoppee Enterprises Ltd. They are selling I Phones at Very Cheap rate and upload screenshots of previous purchases and transaction, on **/**/**** i brought I phone ** max pro *** GB and paid Rs. **,***/- via NEFT . they Book my order on Amazon.com and share screenshot of my order in whats app . after * two day they share another screenshot with me by saying my order stuck in Custom department at Delhi and ask me pay another Rs, **,*** /- which will be refund in ** minute, I confirm them its last and full payment and further i dont need to pay any further they said yes its final payment and your product will get clearance by * pm same day. I made the another payment for Custom Tax ie Rs. **,***/- at aground * pm on **/**/**** and they confirm with me that they received the payment and i will get refund before * pm which will not happen . I called them there no is reachable i message them in whatsapp they didnt reply on **/**/**** they again message me ask me Rs.**,*** as Vat . I asked them i Didnt get refund which i paid yesterday , replies comes that i will not get refund until l make another payment of Rs. **,*** I asked them I want to cancel my order because they are not keep transparency ( they Should have inform me about Custom tax and Vat at the time of Placing my order ) and i want my full refund that is Rs. **,***+***** = Rs. **,*** . Now they are not replying my massage. Please help me to recover my Money its my hard earn money. They are Scammer I Dont know how many people victim of Electroshoppee Scam . Please Help
