Nobroker com - Terrible painting service

We had taken the NoBroker Painting service for our house - Interior & Exterior Partial Painting.
The RM gave us a quote of **k without taking the laser measurements and was vague. * days later, he came with partner, they raised the quote to ***k. They gave us some explanation for the high amount and told us if we do through sqft measurement it will be more. We had recently bought the house, so area and house both were new to us. We fell for their lies and thought atleast we won't have to travel **km to supervise, and gave contract to NoBroker. So we agreed for ***k and never received proper quotation, with the excuse that a proper one will need more money.
Work started with the estimation of *-* weeks to complete. Post * week, we called partner to visit the place, he said they are not working that day, although the previous day he had confirmed they will be there, we were shocked as we were already on our way. So he never felt the need to keep us updated, then we started calling every day to check if they were coming and realized they were not. They came * days a week, giving all sort of excuses. Finally when asked for proper update, he told interior walls painting is done and for touch up he needs our supervision for * days. When we came, we were shocked as all walls were badly painted with all patches, uneven surfaces, etc.
We realized the Partner was not attending the site and sending just * man to paint the entire house. Only on some occasion he was getting * or max * people. So then we had to travel everyday to supervise. he said it is your house and best painted in your presence.
We had to do pooja, so requested the interiors to be done with their cleanup. They did not, and told us to hire professionals. So in the end we had to do it since pooja was next day.
Then again the work resumed for exterior. Rains were harsh and he chose exactly rainy days to paint exterior and gave us explanation that water help in curing. On sunny days we begged him tome, he didn't. Frustrated when we tried reaching out to RM, he said it is not his job and advised us to let the work get over and then raise complaint. Else work might get affected. So finally when work was about to get over, a week in advance we started reaching out to NoBroker, but they kept postponing our pleads, we told them partner will finish his work and we have to pay. They said they will look into it. Finally Partner finished his work and demanded payment. We had to pay and there was no alternative given. And they look like bullies, we don't want to deal with. They left with house not cleaned, their own litter spread. Post service we again went to NoBroker expecting assistance. There has been tremendous emotional suffering for more than * months, with physical agony of travelling and cleaning, etc. We want our money back!
