- Television display not resolved in 2 months Open
I had purchased a BPL Stellar television *** CM BPL***E**SFC Full Hd Led Smart TV in October **** whose display is having blackness issue which was reported by Complaint Number ****L********* in the customer care of BPL. I am getting only promises from Customer Care. No resolution provided till date. Every time I am getting a new date from customer care saying on this day your part will be replaced. Please help me to get this fixed.
