Nitish Wadhwa filed complaint against BPL on May 5, 2019
I ordered a BPL washing machine from Amazon.in on **th April ****. Order #*****************. It was delivered on **th April ****. As per Amazon within ** hours installation will be done by BPL.
I contacted BPL multiple times via call and e-mail always told it will be done in the next ** hours. Even still *th May installation is not done and customer service at BPL was very rude to us all the time. I need strict actions against Gautam at BPL customer service and BPL to pay me *** which I paid to a plumber for installation.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
