The technician regarding tv repair lodge on **/**/**, display error of smart bpl tv. The complaint has been already lodged but technicians are not reaponding my call, neither they are available on promised hour. Infact they have switched off the phone. Especially technician of bpl from Rangpo.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
