My Internet was not working from the last * days. I had lodged a complaint in airtel *** and they ask to wait for till *th May. The deadline time for resolving as the internet is the main source in today's world. I am not able to access my emails etc and they are just postponing by giving the different answer that its issue in the sim, someone saying data is used. But ** GB was still left in my account and also I changed the sim. But now they are saying to wait till ** May which is now unacceptable behaviour by a company like this.
