Purchased freedom plan on Friday ** April and its ** April and still my account isn’t activated. After follow-up I was informed that there is some technical issue and it will be resolved over next ** hours. After multiple assurances the account isn’t activated neither they are processing refund nor they are providing me any ETA for resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
