For getting the contact details of owners as per customer care support call from********** I have subscribed the Freedom plan with Vip membership after payment. As per plan iam supposed to get ** contacts. But after clicking contact owner on shortlisted property message will get is contact details will be send to mail and mobile no.
Regret to say no contacts has been shared from no broker side till date and they are saying this is due to technical Gliches resolved in ** hours. But after the time limit not getting the contact details as committed under plan. Due to this issue I lost the good houses shortlisted under my budget. Since this is definitely a deficit of service from no broker side requested either to provide contacts of owners as committed or refund theoney paid back. Surprised that they are telling Gliches technical not their control how all other messages are getting delivered like promotion of plans, new property alerts etc.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
