I have opted for nobroker's Relax plan which costs Rs **** plus taxes. I had already used this same plan * months back when I wanted to look for a new house but had a bitter experience. I wanted to change my plan to a Rs.*** one, contacted the customer service, but no help. They informed me that I cannot change the plan nor get a refund of the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
