- TCL Faulty LED 43 inch Closed
I have purchased TCL ** inch LED from Amazon * months ago but the LED stop functioning after * months. Only blue screen is coming on the display. I raised a complaint to the customer care and one engineer visit at my place. He told me that the TV has a fault and the whole unit will be replaced. Now today he came with a new unit but that TV also didn't work properly. Now he is asking to change the display. I want a replacement. This is ridiculously annoying. The customer service is also pathetic. I tried calling Area Head but no one answers.
If this will continue like this no one will take TCL serious. I will also not recommend my friends and family to buy TCL product.
