TCL - Faulty AC Not repaired even after 2 months

I purchased a TCL AC from Reliance Digital last year (* May ****). The delivery was messed up by Reliance Digital and they delivered the wrong inner and outer unit. After multiple calls to TCL and Reliance to resolve the issue, I reached out to personal contacts in Reliance and the correct units were finally delivered. The AC was installed on May **, ****.
Product ordered: TCL * Ton * Star Elite Series-Smart Air TAC-**CSD/V*S Split AC
Product Delivered: Inner unit of TCL * Ton AC, Outer unit of TCL * Ton AC
The summer season was already over by the time TCL sent someone to install the AC last year so the AC was hardly used for a month. When we tried the AC again in March ****, we noticed that it showed an error with the outer unit. We contacted TCL again on March **, **** and went through a harrowing experience of trying to get this looked into. Finally after ** days, we were contacted by Gurdeep who said he's the incharge for Telangana and would address the issue. But he couldn't do much either. We were told technicians will visit our premises but no one contacted us and we went back and forth telling Gurdeep that he hasn't still been able to address this issue. Finally we had two technicians visit in a span of ** days. Both technicians mentioned the unit was defective and we were told the parts were ordered but nothing happened after that.
After multiple calls to Mr. Gurdeep, he acknowledged that the appliance delivered was faulty and that they would replace the defective unit on May *, ****. We tried calling them on May *, **** since there was no follow-up from their side but our emails and calls were ignored. There has been no communication from TCL since then and our chats, emails, and calls have been ignored.
We would like a full refund of the amount paid for the product, delivery and installation and ask TCL to take back the defective appliance.
