Tatacliq - Tatacliq took additional money

I placed an order on the Tatacliq website for two garments for myself. The total amount for which was Rs *,***. After the order was confirmed,i realised that for one of the garments, the size was wrong and immediately cancelled that particular product and re-ordered it in the right size. As a result, the order got split into two separate orders but still amounting to Rs *,*** (Rs ****+Rs ***). When the order finally reached home on September **, my mother collected it by paying the amount of Rs **** as said by the delivery person and collected the order. When i got home and checked, there was only one product/garment (cost of which is Rs ***) in the package. The other one, costing Rs **** was not in the package. I immediately called the company and registered a complaint and they said it would be resolved in *-* working days. It's now October **, and all i hear from them is that they are working on it. I have reached out to them on social media, email, phone and still they are working on it. This is highly unethical and to be frank, a very careless attitude and i don't see them really trying to resolve this. I waste my time almost every other day, trying to reach them and gaming the same conversation over and over again. It's harassment.
