Tatacliq - Packages not delivered

I have placed an order on **th of september and i got a mail on **th of september at *:** pm
stating that one of my order i.e Bata Women's Beige Thong Sandals has been shipped .On september**th afternoon aroud *:** pm i have received order i.e Bata Women's Carlene Grey Casual Sandals. That day itself i have intiated return request for Bata Women's Carlene Grey Casual Sandals and pickup delivery partner has picked up the return item
On the same day evening in Tata Cliq app it's been updated that remaining two items are also delivered which are NOT delivered to me. So i have raised the concern n all customer care are not giving me the appropriate explanation instead they are asking me to share the images of the product .Here I have already returned the product by evening Itself how can I take images .
In the mail they said Bata beige sandals product is shipped n but in delivery I got grey so I have returned that product


Firstly these people are not able to contact the delivery agent and Question them . Unfortunately they are asking me instead to share the product images which is useless .And in the clear cut their mail is only showing me that only one product has been shipped.

Monday evng i have shared the mail of the shipment order to Backend team of TataCLiQ
Which i am attaching here for your reference this is the only mail i have received regarding shipment from your team .

Without solving my issue they are sending mails saying that your issue is closed.

Hope you would solve the issue asap
