I have ordered * clothes items like of Rs**** approx and the next day they Blocked my ID as I was unaware of that situation as I thought of it as a normal glitch but when I received the order and then tried to log into my account to return some items as they didn't fit me well I was unable to login to my account! Later when I tried to contact customer service they were rude and were not able to respond appropriately . In addition to that to contact them I had to wait for **-** minutes as they don't pick the call and let there customers wait . Poor service. Now when I told my issue they said we cannot do anything now you have to take that clothes! I am disheartened to get this type of respond from a company like Tata and sons co. And they are not even respond through emails!
