Hello,
I have been mailed them as they needed some photos and I also provided them a reason for return but they are not scheduling a return pickup. Here below is the email which I have sent them today:
How many times do I need to call your customer services and you do not process further? I see you marked my return declined without any call or pickup done. I have been talking with customer care since **th October and they each times say please wait please wait I will be picked.
Description says "It connects wirelessly to its compact, powerful subwoofer". It does not come with a subwoofer, it is only a soundbar. I today again raised a return request. Can you now schedule a pick up?
