I booked a hotel room in Rs **** by online method ( OYO ), but during check in, hotel's person demanding Rs **** extra charges excluding chargeable amount paid. When i called to given Reception Contact: +** ***** ***** this number for complaint, he just extended the calling time for hold *-* times with no response. And they didn't respond on my query. At last helplessly i have to paid Rs **** extra. Because all these things was happening in mid night about **:** pm. And I was unable to find out other hotel that time.
