We booked a multicity ticket but MakeMyTrip booked a round trip ticket instead. This was supposed to be a Mumbai - Munich - Hamburg -Mumbai ticket but they booked the mum-Munich-Mumbai ticket.
Now they aren't even changing the ticket and insisting that I booked the round trip. I have sent the video and snapshots where there system glitches.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
