Swiggy - Swiggy cancelled prepaid order of 2750 and charged 2750 cancellation Fee

I stay in Pune. My son studies in VIT Vellore college.
He ordered food from swiggy for a party amounting to Rs ****.
I got a call from a spam number (which was from swiggy). due to the emergency at home at that moment I could not took that call.
Swiggy cancelled my order and sent me a message your order has cancelled and I have been charged a cancellation fee of Rs ****.

Within * minutes,
*.** swiggy calls
Due to emergency was not able to pick
*.** Prepaid order of Rs **** gets cancelled
*.** Message is received, your order is cancelled you will be charged Rs **** as a cancellation fee.

We Called at the restaurant he confirmed he has got the order back and sold it to someone else..
He says he will not receive any money from Swiggy.

My son said he will go and pick and the order from the restaurant to which both swiggy and restaurant owner denied.
