I had planned to finalize a property but didn’t go ahead with it. The owner of the property wanted to keep around ** carton boxes with his stuff and a wardrobe with his stuff inside in the rented apartment. I initially denied it and he later agreed that he will be taking it out in January. I was okay with this, provided * conditions are mentioned in the agreement.
*. I will not be held responsible for any damage that may happen to those carton boxes and wardrobe.
*. He will eventually shift it to some other location by January.
He wasn’t okay with it mentioning in the agreement and this was a non negotiable point for me. So i denied moving ahead with this. I had already made the token payment.
So, now my issue is, my tenant plan has been made inactive and I am not able to move ahead with any other property. It has already been *days i am running behind these people dor refund and plan reactivation but none of them is responding, not taking any ownership. Seriously i would never go for this plan anymore ever.
