- Subscription cancellation ^Open

I had purchased a cult.fitness subscription on **th January **** and pack starting date was mentioned on *st February **** but due to some personal reasons I couldn't start the subscription on said date and asked them to move it to next month(march****). Unfortunately covid-** hit and the pandemic started the country was in chaos and locked down was announced, gyms and fitness centres were asked to lock down, since then they kept giving me pause days and kept moving my start date every three months. On *th September **** I sent them a mail requesting to cancel my subscription and refund but they denied to refund and moved my start date. On *th December **** I realised that my pack was started without my concern and there was no option to put forward the start date rather just pause it, so I again requested them to refund but was denied. Hence I am requesting you to kindly look into this concern seriously as they are exploiting consumers . I can understand their terms and condition if everything was normal and then I ask for refund but now the situation is different and each individuals life style has changed due to pandemic where one cannot afford his daily bread, butter and health how can he even look forward to luxury like fitness gym and etc..?
