During the course of subscription, cult has changed dropout policy that I am not willing to agree to as a user, it is being enforced against my wishes.
Moreover, the policy has loopholes that affect users negatively. Even when sessions are not completely booked out and are open to booking till the last minute due to free slots, cult penalises no-shows in the pretext of blocking others from booking that session. While it makes sense in cases of high demand sessions that get booked out, sessions that are not even close to full booking should not warrant such a stringent penalty when dropped out of.
When this issue has been raised directly with cult, they reverse the penalty but do not acknowledge the problem and continue to remain silent. There has to be a permanent solution to this.
