Hi Team, On *th may **** I have orderedmango juice from Curefit food section called eat fit. They canceled my order citing quality issue and claimed that they have refunded my amount .Fair enough that is what is being reflected in app too .But now so many days have gone by I have not received my refund and also verified the same with source account. Now when I am asking screenshot they are denying. I made part payment from my credit card, why that part payment is not reflecting in my card then if they say it is successful and if I have to believe them. It is technical glitch in their system I don't know but why am I to suffer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
