Subject: non refund of Rs ****(Ref ********** )by Travolook of flight booking Bangalore to Jaipur
I undersigned booked a Air flight through Travolook (organisation to book flights for various Airlines) by GOAIR on **th July ** for Bangalore to Jaipur for *nd August ** . Payment of Rs **** was made through Debit card by BOB on line to Travolook. After receiving the payment Travolook informed by phone (****-***-**** customer support number) and e-mail (copy enclosed)that your ticket could not book due to technical reasons and refund of Rs **** will be made in a week time in your BOB account.
I have called them customer support team ****-***-**** seven times and written seven e-mails(copy enclosed) to refund the Rs ****. Answer is that they will do in next seven days. It is almost * weeks has passed and I have not received the refund.
I request you to help me in this matter and arrange to instruct to TRAVOLOOK to refund Rs ****. It will be a great help to me and big favor.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
