We ordered eight masala dosa at Vaango Counter of Phoenix Pallasio, at Amar Shaheed Path, Lucknow, UP, India on **.**.****. The quality of the dosas was compromised. The dosa and its accessory items were bad quality and without taste. They supplied burnt dosa without usual quantity of masala. This let me down before my guests. I had to feel bad. People to to brands thinking that the quality management will be maintained. But seeing this, I believe, there is a decline, started in quality.
I have been regular user of vaango products, and found the quality always up to mark.
Shall I consider this as degradation in quality of Vaango, which had been once a good and commendable brand.
