The issue is of a store credit which was transferred to a bank account without my knowledge and has been misused , this has been done between **th june to **th june where my Ajio account was in accessible . The account which had a registered mobile no of ********** was conveniently changed to another number and post the changing of the mobile no from ********** to the new number the store credit of **** was transferred to an account which was not linked to me in any manner.
Request your intervention in closing this matter on priority basis since this affects my confidence in shopping with Ajio.
Pls note when i saw the account registered mobile no had been changed from ********** i have written an email and called up Ajio customer post which the no was changed back to ********** post **th june ** by which time the store credit had been transferred .
