We (my mother) have submitted online claim as part of PACL refund, but still we dint get any notification. So just tried to check the status. It says bank details does not match with certificate name. But I don't know who type the name and referring which document. Now it is making issues with bank details name. The worst thing is it happened for everyone (around ** people) at our native who put money on PACL. Don't know where to contact and how to modify the details or re-upload again to resolve this.
