- Star Health insurance Fraud and Illegitimate dishonest insurance company ^Open

Hi My name is Vijay bhaskar palle holding Health insurance policy from "Start Health Insurance Company" Policy# P/******/**/****/******
I have taken the insurance policy in year **** as on Nov **th.In year **** i have applied for Claim for Kidney Rejection treatment of my Wife Palle Srujana.I have submitted all the required documents which are required from year **** till date.There was scrutiny of documents related to medical condition of my wife and Process went on for almost * months.After * months i receive a letter saying that i have given false information at the inception of the policy.But at the time of taking policy it is clearly mentioned she is having sever BP.Even after confirming that Srujana (Patient) having Sever BP there was no Medical checks done at that time.Right now they are asking the details of the Medical condition in ****.I had medical report of the patient where she had general medical checkup where she is doing fine with all the medical checks done.Report have been attached of June ****.
Right now,My question to starhealth is why we need to give medical reports which are of * years back. When we clearly conveyed she is having BP.As per the Policy terms and Conditions if any issue arises which the BP it will be considered as preexisting and will be treated after waiting period.Now the question is policy was taken in **** and claim applied is in ****.Why my claim got rejected.

She is under Treatment under NIMS hospital when she diagnosed with Kidney issue.It was in year ****.Medical Reports and Doctor authorization has been provided from the treating doctor (Bhushan Raju) who's top most doctor in Hyderabad.Star Health is not considering the Letter provided by treating doctor and all the discharges summary clearly suggests she is not having any issue with the Kidney issue from Inception of policy...

The Reason i want to take this case on social media because...Health insurance companies have their own rules and conditions even after saying there are preexisting deceases for sake of selling the policies they issue the policy at the time of claim they see all the possible ways to reject the policies if the amount is huge.

So I request the People not to go with the health insurance which is dishonest and with all the false promises……
