Star Health Insurance - Medical Reimbersment

this is regarding medical reimbursement for Health Insurance, (Policy no. = ******) , which has been deined At the time of commencment / Applying for Health Insurance policy I have disclosed all my medical conditions ( no past medical history since * - * yrs) and all required medical test were done. after * month on appliying for TERM Insurance (medically abnormality was seen : in which high BLOOD creatinine was observed TERM Insurance was rejected ) and for which i was admitted in hospital and is under treatment and approx medical reimbursement was of * Lakhs .

rejeccted stating :
\"Based on these findings our medical team is of the opinion that insured patient is suffering from above disease i.e acute kidney injury ,granulomatous interstitial nephritis which is prior to date of commencement of first year policy. The present admission and treatment of the insured patient is for non disclosed kidney disease. At the time of inception of policy which is from **/**/**** to **/**/****, you have not disclosed the above mentioned medical history/health details of the insured-person in the proposal form which amounts to misrepresentation/non-disclosure of material facts. As per Condition No.* of the policy issued to you, if there is any misrepresentation/non-disclosure of material facts whether by the insured person or any other person acting on his behalf, the company is not liable to make any payment in respect of any claim. We are therefore unable to settle your claim under the above policy and we hereby repudiate your claim. As per Condition No. **, the policy is also liable to be cancelled and necessary action will be taken by our Corporate office.
