Manikandan Raman filed complaint against Star Health Insurance on Apr 8, 2019
I admitted for renal biopsy. But star health rejected my payment and they said I didn’t tell I have the problem. Renal biopsy is the test to identify the root cause of the issue. Star health just said you had a renal failure so we will not pay you. They plan to cancel my policy too. I already paid * payments. Can someone guide me on how to take this info to consumer court and sue this fraud company? They are just money suckers.
