Hi,
I ordered with order id ***********. I recieved a stale food. I tried to ask for refund or replacement from your executive but he didn't give me. Moreover,i noticed the prices in the app is much higher than resturant. So even if you guys provide **% off.price to be paid by end user remains the same.
Same goes with your cloud kitchen model The bowl company.
Now,i need to file a consumer court case against your company for the same.so,i need to know few details from your side like registered address , registered restaurant name, registered id of the restaurant with swiggy + the number of restaurant involved in part of this cloud kitchen model. So that, i proceed with the same discussed above.
I would also like to contact higher officials from Swiggy for the same.
