I have been facing major problems with * orders and I have raised complaints against all * and have received no help from ship rocket whatsoever. The senior support executives tell me to call after * when their shift is over and the pickup support executives cut calls while im still speaking. I have been facing too many problems and getting abused at and getting bad reviews all because of ship-rockets incompetence and unwillingness to help. All they say is that wait ** hours and no. resolution is provided even after that. these are my first few orders and im loosing business because of them. Please help as I am out of options right now.
