SRide - SRide voucher issue

I booked a ride through Sride app last week, money got deducted but I couldn't take the ride. They credited the amount Rs ** as Sride voucher and today is the last day of the expiry. I tried booking another ride using the coucher but it forces me to buy sride prime membership and I am unable to buy any ride now unless I become a prime member. With so many issues with the app, who would like to become a prime member. I need my money back to my original payment. I raised a complaint also but no one is responding.
