Sride Carpool - sRide not transferring Wallet Amount to my Bank Account

Hi Team, I am Car Owner and share my rides with other employees as car pool, sRide is not transferring the amount from app Wallet to my Bank Account. I have sent a lot of emails to them but never got a single response from their end. I am following up over email but they are not transferring my money. I along with other who used this sRide app think now that we are cheated by this company. Please take a legal action against them and help me getting my money back.
