Sride Carpool - Amount not credited by Sride

Sride was supossed to credit Rs. **** to my account within one week of submitting request in their App. I had requested for withdrawal on **th Dec and it was supposed to be deposited to my account within * to * working days. Till **nd there was no action taken by the Company. Mail was sent to them on **nd Dec but there was no response. Today they have debited my account by Rs. ** against monthly prime membership charges. As the balance is now Rs. *** which is below Rs. **** (minimum amount required for withdrawal), now the app is not allowing to place another request. I have again send them the mail but there is no response. Please help
